Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above, and by registering an account you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Accounts are personal and must not be shared, sold, or transferred. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, and any activity under your account is considered your responsibility. We may suspend or delete accounts if they are misused, involved in suspicious activity, or violate these Terms.

Our platform offers services such as planting trees, and fees for these services are displayed at checkout. All payments are calculated and settled in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you pay using another currency, the amount will be converted into IDR based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

All content, logos, and trademarks belong to the foundation and may not be used without permission. We also expect you to respect the rights of other users and third parties.

We collect basic personal information such as your name, email, and phone number to manage your account. This data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we protect your information. Please review it carefully before using our services.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive to maintain reliable access, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or freedom from errors, viruses, or other issues. You are responsible for protecting your own devices with appropriate security measures. The foundation’s liability is limited to the amount you have paid for services, or USD 100 if you have not made any payments. We are not responsible for indirect damages such as lost profits or data.

If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact the foundation directly and attempt to resolve the matter within 30 working days. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be handled under Indonesian law and brought before the Semarang District Court. During this process, you must continue to comply with your obligations under these Terms and avoid making public statements that could harm the foundation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will provide notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the platform.
